Hi there! I'm So Yung (she/her/hers).
I’m a licensed clinical social worker and Somatic Experiencing practitioner based in Oakland, California. I specialize in helping people who are struggling with anxiety, trauma, PTSD, grief and loss, and identity issues.
Through a mind-body awareness approach I help my clients recover from stress, anxiety, and difficult experiences. Clients come away from therapy with me with a greater sense of self-understanding, connection, and resilience.
